I run a PM company in CT and am a NARPM member.  There are not a lot of good PM companies that manage Hartford proper.  Our company does manage, West Hartford, East Hartford, Manchester.  If you are a realtor we also pay out a referral to any closed business you refer.  Happy to connect you with other PMs in different parts of the state as well!
