I been asking on all 3 courts but it seems like one is telling me to go ask the other. I'll talk to someone in the city hall, and keep asking questions. Thanks for the input guys, I'll see what happens and post the outcome of this situation.

Hello everyone. i hope someone can help me to solve a problem i have. I bought a land from this gentlemen, but he had a guy (Ben) renting the land there with his mobile home. I purchased the land may 8th of this year. I told Ben he needed to move out of my land and take his mobile home with him. September 8th will be four months already. He did move out, but he left his mobile home and a vehicle there in my land. He does not answer my phone calls or texts, and i don't know where he is living now. I served him with a 3 day notice on august 18. But since he doesn't live there, i don't know if he seen the notice, And is a 3 day notice even the thing i am suppose to do here? I suppose that would fall under personal property left behind!? I would guess the value of the mobile home is about 8 grand, the car 3 grand. Can i fallow the same rules of personal property left behind? And if so, how can i lock up the personal property until he pays me the fees of moving it and storing it. The moving costs are 1700 for mobile home, about 200 for the car and 200 of parking space a month in a mobile home park. I really don't want to spend that much money to move his personal property and pay monthly payment on parking space. I don't even know if that would be legal. I don't think he would pay me back for moving and storing his stuff, and since he has the tittles of the car and the mobile home, he get away with it. What should i do to handle this situation?  It would be much prevaricated.
