Thank you everyone for your guidance. I have the name of a direct mailer and won't be putting letters into people's mail boxes. I'll get my first couple of deals and then I'll set up the LLC.

I currently don't have rental properties.  I'm planning on the Brrrr, buy and hold methods. I'm going to operate here in Idaho.  I am going to drive for dollars and was going to print mailers from my vehicle to deposit into mailboxes. I'll follow up once a month. 

I was under the impression I had to start an LLC ( for protection) and get a bank account set up first... at least that was what Pace Morby was saying.

I joined BP back in 2023 and haven't done anything in real estate due to family responsibilities with a parent and kids.  

Things have changed with my family and I now have the time I need to become financially  independent and take care of retirement before it hits me in the face. 

I know I need to start an LLC ( possibly several) and get a business bank account. Can anyone point me in the right direction for the the LLC structure if it is setting up multiple LLCs? Also, should I print out mailers or hire a company?
