Hi I am a Contractor in East Tn. I am looking to do some property investing. I dont have great personal credit. My business is a year old and I have a tremendous amount of work. I was wondering what are my chances of getting a business loan for property.  I have an opportunity to buy a commercial building, rental house, and vacant lot for 100k. The tax appraisal on the 3 pcs is 155k. They are all adjoining but deeded separately. Thanks for any input.
