Hey I'm attempting to keep my investing options as open as possible and I'm curious if there's a trick to finding REO agents. I'm in Nj and looking to start building my portfolio in Nj.. Thanks for any advice!!

Thank you guys for the input , unfortunately owner occupying isn’t an option for me (it’d be much more convenient if it was) so fha is off the table. My market here on the Jersey shore is nuts and while the deal in front of me is fairly priced, 25% down is a big nut for my first rental property.

Hello I'm looking to make my first jump into rental property investing after sitting on the sidelines for about a year. I'm looking for clarity on duplex financing options. Aside from FHA is there a way to put less than 25% down with a conventional loan?
