Looking for investor friendly real estate agent in the Dallas-Fort Worth and surrounding area. Someone who is familiar with live-in flip and house hacking strategies. Thanks!

Quote from @Min Zhang:

Hi Daniel! You can check out BP Calculators to get started in analyzing deals. It’s super handy for running the numbers on potential rental properties and flips. Also, if you want to check rental comps, you can use Rentometer and the “Price My Rental” feature on Zillow. You can also search for specific neighborhoods or zip codes on Zillow to get a better feel for the housing market in that area. Hope this helps and let me know if you want to brainstorm strategies!

Thanks! I will check those out! I am trying to also figure out the best area for BRRR/Cashflow. Would love to brainstorm strategies!

Curious to know what websites or tools do you use when you are trying to look at market trends in different states or cities?

Hi Everyone,

I am new to BiggerPockets, looking to network and learn about the real estate world! I enjoy looking reading and discussing about macroeconomics and the financial markets. In terms of RE, I believe I would be interested in house hacking, live-in flips, or high cashflow strategies (I'm also open to other ideas). Feel free to reach out! Hope to connect with you soon!
