Im fairly new to real estate investing and I'm also younger than most. I would just like to get an opinion form other real estate investors on here or around my area (Fort wayne, IN). Is being only 21 years old to young to start investing in real estate, would other investors take me seriously? Ive been interested in real estate for a long time now (since i was 17) and Ive done my research and i still continue to do so. Ive learned A LOT about real estate investing and wholesaling and i just want to know will other investors take me serious because of my age. I almost had a deal under contract but after meeting with the person they back out and it was just really a waste of my time. But the more i think about i think it i think it had to do with my age even though i was professional about the whole thing i had a lot more knowledge of real estate then the other person i was dressed up ready to do business (probably over dressed if you asked me) which lead me to believe that is was because of my young appearance. This isn't going to stop me from becoming the best REI in my area i just wanted some feedback on the subject.

OK I'm fairly new to wholesaling and I'm just looking to get some advise from as many people on here as possible. As a real estate investor what do you guys recommend i do first.  Is it easier/better to find a Cash buyer before finding a motivated seller or finding a motivated seller first and then finding a cash buyer? I just want to know what works better, any advise helps.

Hey everyone! I have quick question

If I have a list of potential cash buyers addresses, what do I send them? a yellow letter as i would a potential property deal and is their a right or wrong way to go about addressing the potential cash buyer if he or she were interested in joining my buyers list?

Hello everyone I'm kinda knew to biggerPockets and I'm new to real estate investment. Basically why I'm here is because i need help, I don't know where to start with this wholesaling thing. I already found a house i want to try to wholesale (it my uncles property). Now i don't know what to do. What contracts do i use? Where in indiana can i do a double closing? I already put out an add on craigslist. Like i said I'm fairly new and young. But your never to your to become an investor! I would really appreciate any help from anyone. I could really use a mentor, does anyone know where one would find a mentor?
