Hey Everyone!

I am really excited to be jumping into this community to help as many people as possible while soaking up as much wisdom and advice as possible as well!

Quick Intro about myself:

I am married to a beautiful Puerto Rican with a gorgeous 1-yr-old daughter and one on the way! I am passionately Catholic Christian and love the life that I have been blessed with. I work full time as a Sales Manager for a large freight broker and lead a sales team in a very fast paced and growing environment. I am a licensed part time Realtor and have been for 5 years. I bought my first rental SFD property at age 22 and plan to continue building my portfolio and focusing more of my attention on Real Estate investing. My goal is to become financially free (passive income > expenses) within the next 5 years.

My plan is to build up a passive income through SFD and MFD buy and hold properties to be able to free up my time to focus more on my family and on projects and ventures that I see as making a lasting impact. I have been listening to the podcast every morning on my commute for a few months now and am very excited to begin participating in the forum! I would love to meet any members in the Phoenix metro area and look forward to building a future in Real Estate investing through this community.
