...if you go to his website at the bottom it says powered by Crowdstreet. All it is, is a white label Crowdstreet site... nothing revolutionary. Just another way Grant markets well and sells well. For non-accredited investors there are other options for Crowdfunding

@Rachel N. How did this go for you? Did you get into Condo rentals?
@Erik Bruckner surprised you didn't get any responses. Where are you at now in the process? Were you able to get into it?
Well, I learned the hard way, and said goodbye to some good money that could have gone towards a down payment... instead still trying to get into real estate.
I have been wanting to get into realestate for some time now. The only real estate I have is a personal house I had the privilege of going to a Tony robins event yesterday, and also listen to a man named Wayne Gray. He pitched his 3 day coaching seminars for a $1000 for 2 people. A friend of mine and I split the price and are scheduled to go and October. After I signed up I went online and found nothing but bad reviews on the guy, and his coaching. He pitched the fact that he would fund deals up to a million dollars. This was based on quick flips, which is all I am intrested in at this point. Is this a scam? Should I try to get my money back? I liked that idea of financial assistance, as I don't have much free cash to invest. I have a child on the way in a mortgage to pay, so this is what pulled me in period what does everyone think?
I'm just getting started in real estate. I am looking to buy a tenant occupied B or C scale property in blue collar America that is already running positive cash flow. I can pick up a house with a tenant in it, in Ohio for about $50k to $60k.
Is this a bad place to start?
I currently own my own house and have about $200k in equity in it, which could buy a positive cash flowing rental home to get started.
Thoughts?
