Hi Chris.  I own a 17 unit apartment complex on Broadway.  I’ve been using Rachell Silva (and happy with her.  She's built good relationships with the tenants over the last 5-6yrs and is dependable.  It's a small operation, but she’s lived in Kerrville for decades and manages a handful of properties there, so she has local contacts for plumbing...etc.  I sent you a connection request and included her email there.

We’ve had good luck with Mizell Brothers Construction on rehabs to our apartments and adding a laundry room.

Thanks for sharing those articles.  I live in Driftwood and really need get going on a cash-out refi of my apartment in central TX so I can re-invest more in this area. lol
