I am finding a very similar situation in the Saratoga Springs, Glens Falls area of Upstate NY. I advertised for a 3 BR apt in December, 2019 and had 16 inquiries in 3 days. 6 days ago I put a similar advertisement in for another 3 BR apt and have not gotten 1 inquiry. Who would want to move during this time of uncertainty? I'm hoping (and thinking) we should be somewhat back to "normal" by the end of May beginning of June.

No, but it looks like we'll start meeting again in March. We had been meeting on the 3rd Monday of the month. Look for a March GF Meet up scheduled in "Events" in mid-February.

I had trouble finding the forms when directly on the BP site as well. Gotta love Google! Thanks again.

I'm a BP Pro member. Is there a downloadable Tenant Application on this site that I can email to potential tenants?

Tonight's November Meet Up is CANCELLED because of the freezing rain that is coming in around the start of our meeting. 

We'll be closely watching the weather to see if tomorrow's Meet Up will go on or be cancelled. Stay tuned.
