I am just starting out in the wonder world of real estate investing! Currently residing in the Bel Air, MD Area. I am trying to gain as much knowledge as possible and make connections with locals in my area. If anyone has some free time or knowledge they can drop on me it would be greatly appreciated! I am interested in multifamily properties. I am hoping to get the ball rolling soon.
