Prescreening is why I am asking for recommendations here as the original front runners that I found have been ruled out due to various deficiencies that made them unacceptable (none of the reasons were cost)…

Hi All,

I have a property in St Paul MN that I would like to put on the rental market. I was living there but have had to move out of state for work and so am looking for a reliable property management company who can provide full service  including maintenance and have experience with investors/owners being out of state. 

Does anyone have any recommendations? This is for a smaller 3 bedroom house in a quiet area of St. Paul. 

One concern I have is getting the St Paul fire inspection done and ensuring that the property is ready for that so that the reinspection interval is as long as possible.
