Hello All,

I notice that most of the deals that I find on MLS are older and not very good ones. I would like to know what others use to find deals (rehab, etc). I took a real state investment class and the instructor said that most of deal are done off MLS.

Thanks everyone,

Dan

I'm considering purchasing a property in active adult community. Any suggestion if this is a good way to start investing? I'm a newbie at this and any suggestions and/or recommendation greatly appreciate.

Thank you,

This is more of a tax related issue. When i buy a property and my closing cost let say 10K, how much can i write off this year? I heard i will not be able to write off 10K in one year so if i cant write off in one year then over how many years?

Thank you,
