Fist thing I want to say is I love this site!! My name is Dan and I live just north of Spokane. I am just getting into real estate investing and am very excited and eager to build a business. I plan on getting into SFR and renting them out and maybe some student housing. I have a fulltime job but my goal is to retire from that at an early age and work real estate. Thanks everyone on this site for all the input you guys give out every day. I look forward to learning everything and anything I can and any and all advice is welcome, thanks!
