Hey Khaled, thanks for responding, I am out of state and I really like the buffalo market. I would like to learn more about it and desirable areas to look in. My good friend is a seasoned investor here were we live and has been mentoring me for the past few years and I have been learning the business on BiggerPockets for at least a year now. I have been involved in property maintenance my whole life, landscaping, Interior maintenance, a few flips with friends. I have a good knowledge of building construction and systems. Maybe we can work together

I’m new to investing, I’m looking to buy my first property  and I’m interested and currently looking for multi family’s in Buffalo, does anyone have suggestions on which areas of buffalo are good for investing in multi family properties ? I am also looking for realtor in the buffalo area as well if anyone has any suggestions on that. Thanks Danny
