Anthony id take your offer on meeting new contractors man are you looking to do more fix and flips?, also have a good lender if you need one for bridge loans.
Also I Would like to meet people around the pittsburgh area about real estate, currently most of my properties are located in florida, (have 3 here)..Westmorland County.
