We are actually making one offer on a bank owned house and another to an individual. I think we will make the offers in our names and deed it over to our LLC once the houses are purchased. Thank you for your responses.

When you make an all cash offer does it make a difference whether you make the offer in your personal name or your LLC name?

I was looking at a house for sale that needs a lot of work writing notes about each room and repairs needed on a piece of paper. Is there software or an app that you use where i could plug in this information and walk around the house with an ipad instead of a pad of paper and take notes?
