I'm curious why you say that. I haven't  been to the emerald coast yet and only briefly to the sun coast. It seems like the warmer weather in the Cape Coral to Clearwater area would be more attractive to year round but I'm sure there's more to it than that. Thank you!

Does anyone have any thoughts and reasons which market is better for STR condos in the $400-500k range? Pros and cons comparison, etc.
