Thank you Linval for the advice and resources! Certainly it looks like there is a lot to learn here.

Also I almost forgot to mention, I am currently living in New York's East Village, but planning on moving back to Greenwich, CT in a few months (back with my parents) while I work on my new platform. If anyone is curious, my current building is at 62 Avenue B, and is owned by a guy named Ben Shaoul. The startup idea was largely a result of my dealings with Mr. Shaoul and my experience at the building.

Hello BP community!

I am Darrick Antell, and brand new to BP. I am three years out of college, have worked in CMBS in NYC for the past 2.5 years, and recently quit my job to work on a new real estate platform business. My close friend recommended I join this site to network and possibly even find potential business partners, and since I have long been interested in RE investing.
