Your right. I'll be transparent and see where it goes. Thank you.

I was thinking the same but I don't want to screw things up with this deal.

The seller, on the other hand, I would avoid telling

Thank you.

No, it's not public records. Thanks.

A potential cash buyer wants to know my assignment fee. I usually double close. Should I tell him?

Shari Peterson What was the name of the title company that would close in Cook County? I see the two attorneys, but I do not see the name of a title company.

Thanks a lot! I talked to my adviser today about the course and I may enroll in it before I graduate.

Hello BP community, my name is Dantrell Baker and I am a senior at Northern Illinois University majoring in Business Administration. I am a new Real Estate Investor and I look forward to connecting with many of you and gaining tips. My primary niche is wholesaling but I will also work with fix and flips, buy and hold etc.

I am from the South Suburbs of Chicago but I live in DeKalb for school. I look to do business in the South Suburbs, West Suburds and the inner city of Chicago.

Thank you
