@Chance Housos

I planned on using the 1to4 TREC contract alongside an agreement. The word I'm hearing is there is more to it than just the contract. I'm not licensed, so I have little to no clue how the contract should be completed. If no one has a one page contract of their own I can use, I may need to modify the 1to4. How do you complete the contract? Could you show me via skype or send me a copy? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hey Folks, I am looking to do some wholesale investing in Texas and I'm a total NEWB. If I double close and the buyer(C) is coming to closing the same day, would I be responsible for funding the part A-B transaction (seller to myself)? If that isn't clear, I can try to explain it another way. Most of you old timers should know what I mean. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers, DW

@Kerry Baird thanks for the reply. I checked with two local title companies. Neither had the document I was looking for. I want to avoid the double close due to title charges. It costs me an extra $500 for the second closing. The double close makes more sense when my spread is over $10k. Someone told me yesterday that if I go "PRO" on BP that there is a forms library I would gain access to. Can any PRO's out there confirm this?

I'm a new wholesale investor doing assumptions in Texas. I know I can use the 1to4 plus an assignment agreement. But, I can't find the assignment form anywhere online. If someone has a one page doc they use, PLEASE let me know. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, DW
