@Joe Hughis Thank you so much for that information. I am super excited to attend my first meet up. I have heard of them and know some mortgage reps that go to network. I just never thought about trying that until I heard it on BP podcast. 

Do you happen to know of any good real estate lead list site I could use?  I don't want to waste money on something that is not going to provide enough information or the information I am looking for. I like to use things  that are tried and true. I want to start looking up in other areas and just try to start analyzing properties.

Any advice is greatly appreciated and thank you again!

Hello all. I am a new investor and trying to get started in wholesaling. I am a 33 yo professional in banking. I have been with my company for 13 years and excited to start something new with real estate. I am very excited and hungry for deals. Does anyone know of any real estate meet ups in the Los Angeles area. I would love to go and maybe meet some people who are open to talking and sharing with a new investor. I ultimately would love to see how I can help on deals or learn. Any advice would be great. I have been reading and listening to pod casts and I feel that my knowledge is plenty but I have some questions I would love to go over with someone experienced.
