The 2018 BP webinar with Brandon lit a fire in me, and I closed my first land deal within 20 days. My goal is to buy land to develop intentional communities following the planned unit development model. On this particular property, I'd like to build two structures that houses various families (thinking two bedroom apartment suites). However, per zoning, each structure can only have one kitchen. Has anyone built or rehabbed a similar structure? Please share any tips, plans, advice and/or your experience.
