Hi Shiva, I'm located in Rolling Hills Estates.  Is there an active group in the south bay area? Thanks so much!

Thanks Will,  I'm doing my best to learn as much as I can and also trying to connect to a local meetup.  Living in the Los Angeles area where multifamily deals appear to be sparse.  After reading some other threads on investing in this location leaves me wondering if it's even possible, especially for a newbie.

Just became a single mom this year, currently unemployed and wondering how to invest my total savings into a multi-family property. I have a significant amount to invest but lack stable income which would disqualify me for refinance?  Transitioning to employment in the real estate field seems like a good idea to educate myself.  just wondering how to start while taking care of a little one.  Currently living in an expensive location.
