While driving for dollars, My team has found a off-market property. How do we find the final decision maker or/and how do we find out if a real-estate investor has already found and placed the property under contract?

Hello everyone,

I am a new wholesaler located in San Antonio, Texas. I am interested in understanding how to accurately calculate the ARV and the Repair costs. From my understanding, the lack of knowledge and dishonesty found in these two areas is a huge turnoff for investors in regards to pursuing deals with wholesalers. I want to present honest, credible and accurate deals to my investors. Where can I find this knowledge?

Best Regards,
