I have been with them for 8+ years.  They have a ton of really valuable and good information with their webinars, etc. However their internal business systems leave a lot to be desired and have really messed us up.  I never was able to coordinate a consistent quarterly meeting for planning, I never knew who to contact because they have multiple levels of their workers and people were constantly moving in and out of the organization.  It felt like a mess.  Their customer service was poor.  And I just left them for someone else.
