Anyone know about Plant City, Florida? I've read it's an expanding city with job growth looking to invest in a multi family units out here found a deal seems too good to be true due to corporate liquidation sale

What's up everyone how is everything. I have a quick question I think I found a decent deal on a 15 unit complex in Plant City, Florida but I'm starting to get discouraged due to finding out they don't have a 2 year profit and loss statement due to a corporate liquidation sale that the place is going thru should I continue?
