Post: Feeling stuck, in the learning process

Hello BP community! I'm currently 21 with no money and currently in the process of learning about real estate, I know I want to BRRRR some multi families, but I've recently stopped to think while at my job and something clicked and I said aloud "I'm stuck". I feel like I've hit a wall and I'm not sure if it's having no money and constantly thinking of ways to buy a home with no money or thinking of different loans and strategies for no money down, I don't know what it is but I just feel like I've hit this wall and I have no idea what is the next step I should take to continue moving forward.

If anyone has gone through this comment on this post and tell me about your story on how you overcame this situation or something similar and any tips and advice is greatly appreciated.

I'm new at real estate and I want to purchase my first BRRRR investment property but, I'm having trouble figuring out a good location for singles and multi family around my area. anywhere from Hialeah to a 3 hour radius is what I'm comfortable driving to go look and maintain a property. I'm looking for houses around 100k - 250k

Thank you for the helping hand Jorge. I to agree that real estate is the best wealth creation vehicle. It can lead to many wonderful solutions.

Hello! My name is Darnell Nodarse and I am 21 years old. I am new to real estate. Honestly, I have yet to start, but I am currently reading the book on rental properties in hope of owning a few myself (as many as I can). I live in Miami, FL, so properties are quite expensive here. My goals are to continue learning, connect with new people, and create wonderful experiences through real estate investing.
