@Wilson Stroziermost dialers automatically or have an option to auto-filter out DNC, if you are dialing manually there are DNC list scrubbing services online

I am trying to find the best list provider that correctly categorizes industrial properties. 

I have asked a few of them how many records they could provide for the same criteria and have gotten a pretty large range. I think this due to some not providing all of the industrial properties within the county/state and then some providing properties that are not actually industrial properties. 

I will include the results below in case anyone might have some insight that could help decide.

Does anyone know how accurate list source is specifically for what it classifies as industrial?
