Anyone in Toledo Ohio with information where one might locate the time and place where regular meet ups or the real estate community gather from time to time?

Thank you. I bought property in the past but never was asked if I were bringing someone and the past situations went like clockwork.

I’m in the process of closing on a property and I would like to know if, most investors would have their attorney present for the closing and why, or why not?

Duplex deal collapsed, so I’m searching!

I’ve been scanning the mls sites daily and talking to everyone in my center of influence about houses in a kind of discreet fashion. Also I drive my area that I’m investing in everyday and look at homes. Finally, I call realtors and ask them as many questions as possible in reference to the property I locate. Oh, yeah.....Facebook and Craigslist! Long story short, I talk to a ton of people.

I’ve been pounding the pavement since I signed onto this forum turning over every stone and I found a duplex that I’m working on bringing under contract. Hopefully I’ll get it done tomorrow during brunch!

I’m in the hunt looking for my first property around the Toledo hospital area and it seems very difficult to find anything.
