@Stevie Mobleyi had a plumbing and electrical contractor come in and give me a list Of What was wrong then fixed it all...painted and cleaned...house was ready...rented it for $1100...$400 goes for taxes and insurance..$700 per month extra

I bought my first house for 27k upstate NY...its rented and worth 62k...I wanted to pull 30k out for next one...good idea?

@Jordan Pothierhey...well my first house I bought upstate New York for 27k...it was a plumbing missing filthy mess...I finished the house and I'm at 40k total with purchase and its currently rented...I make 700 monthly on it cause I paid for it...if you are good at the trades...you can buy a house in PA or upstate that needs work...
