Hello All,

My name is Darren and I'm a newbie here in St. Louis, MO. I have some experience in Real Estate, but I'm eager to learn more and build my path to financial freedom. My experience in Real Estate is from helping my uncle paint and do some small rehabs on his rental properties. but nothing major. My long term goal is to buy and hold, but I'm not against fix and flips.

I'm currently researching and analyzing deals, but now I'm ready to get started. I have some funds set aside and plan to take a loan from my 401k to get started.

Thanks for having me in the forums and I look forward to getting to know some of you personally.
