Anyone know how accurate propstream foreclosure data is in terms how often they update something thats still in foreclosure or not? Hope this makes sense haha. Thanks!

My name is Darrius Lloyd, and I'm a 23-year-old aspiring real estate investor based in Northern Virginia. As I approach the end of my current lease, I'm eager to embark on a journey of house hacking with multifamily properties.
