Great advice @Brian Bennett
@Ronald L Haynes Jr. The right team, systems, and formula do not come overnight! Of course you can read, read, read, but every scenario is not found in that article – unfortunately. However, you are in the right place. The right platform! Mistakes are highlighted here and sometimes you can learn from others experience that was not in the textbook.
Best of Luck!

Jalil,
Welcome to Bigger Pockets! Happy New Year! And nice to e-meet you. First off, I wish I could be of assistance. However, we only operate south of Illinois. Has any one reached out to you directly? Not sure what's up with the no return calls. Tried searching in the forum bar above below the bigger pocket ribbon?

Tim,
I have discussed this with a few clients. Though we do not manage short term rentals does not make it non-profitable. I think it boils down to the property manager, the systems in place, and the overarching goal. Location is a big part of the puzzle. I personally can only speak from long-term rentals but perhaps there are some short term rental individuals who can jump in and assist.

@Michael Ewers thanks for your recommendation!
@Dustin Peters I am not sure if you have found the company to match your needs, just yet. But if not – our doors are always open. If we can be of any assistance do not hesitate to reach out!

Not sure why this exceeded 5-7 business days. Look I get it every situation is different but 2-3 moths and we are still talking estimates? Might be time to revisit expectations. Inspect what you expect.

Congratulation Anthony! Short answer – allow the property manager to chime in here. Perhaps you have a conversation with them this month...... projecting January 2022 and what it looks like. I think adding value to your property is awesome but please note it does not always mean you will get the top of the range.
Consult with your manager and or team.
Best Regards,
