 How are the ratios? Is it possible to get $2000 rent on a $350k property?

 This house at 35 Picardy Pl is 5/2 for $2700 asking 325900 is an above-average area. 

For anything over 2K in rent will need 4+/2+ house in an above-average area.

Winnipeg can get cold with the windchill but -70 is ridiculous.  There are times that people can't start their cars because they forgot to plug in the battery is bad.  Back to investing there are war-zone to invest but people do invest in those locations.  There are other areas that are ok.  The rest people need to make sure the numbers are good.
