Hey @Arthur Fuller II! If I was in your shoes I would look for a good BRRRR property in the mid-west or the southern USA.

Hey @Jackie Martinez!! I’m a newbie from Los Angeles too!!! I am trying to soak in all the info that I can right now. I have a friend (from LA) who currently is investing in Atlanta and is always talking about how he wishes he lived closer to Georgia. So I echo what someone else said, look for deals around where you are at! Hit me up if you want to connect!!
