Curious if anyone has any insight into areas in Either Pennsylvania, Connecticut or Jersey for small-multi-family's that have solid cash flow.

New to Biggerpockets. Would love to connect about multifamily investing. I am currently in the NY area, wouldn't physically be able to make to Arizona for this. Anyone in there or online want to connect to be happy. I am a new investor, looking to obtain cash flow properties.
