Thanks so much for the response.  We have quite a few that seem to have a pretty good equity margin.  So hoping I can pick up a few.   What percentage would you say are willing to work with you?  And if they owe say 80000 what do you offer?  Thanks again and looking forward to trying this method.

How does contacting people facing foreclosure with equity work?  Any tips or success stories?  Seems like a good way to pick up properties
