Bob Green we haven’t sent a contractor to do a walk through. That was jus rough numbers. The guy we were working with can’t do it for the price of the homes One is 75k one is 60k one is 49k. Bundled together we get it then for 180k. We’re going to have a proof of funds letter then walk through the property and send back the info including rehab costs and arv.

Looking to purchase 3 homes in Jacksonville Fl totaling 180k plus 50k in rehab. Having trouble finding financing for homes under 100k If there’s anyone that can help us with this issue that would be great

Thank you John Anderson and Safeer Mohiuddin for the info. What if your doing SFR and using hard money. Would they still not loan to an LLC in this circumstance?

I plan on buying and holding properties in the Florida market soon. I have an LLC that I attained in California for investing. Could I use this same entity name when buying property in Florida? Or do I have to come up with a new one in the state of Florida? Or perhaps just register mine in that state? Please help?

It's too bad you just missed out on the Alameda county tax sale. The best way is learn on here from the posts. Also there are some great books on Amazon. One I read is "zero risk real estate". Also check out stuff on YouTube and online. There's a lot of stuff out there to learn

Why don't you invest in tax deed states instead? There you will deff be the owner of the property. 95% of liens get redeemed so your odds of hitting the jackpot on a lien are pretty slim.
