Thank you, @Christian Tateo . I'll start out with wholesaling in the northern Tampa Bay area. After that, I'll most likely venture into fix-and-flip and wherever else I am led.

Hi everyone,

I’m David — brand new to real estate investing, but not new to taking on big challenges. I spent the last couple of decades in big tech, but after experiencing the unpredictability of corporate downsizing, I decided it’s time to take control of my future.

I’m here because I want to work for myself, build something meaningful, and create long-term stability for my family. Real estate feels like the right path — a mix of strategy, service, and potential I’m excited to learn more about.

Looking forward to connecting, learning from this community, and sharing wins (and lessons) along the way. If anyone has tips for someone just getting started — especially transitioning from corporate to self-employed life — I’m all ears!

Thanks for having me.
