My name is David Dahan, and I am a real estate investor interested in finding potential deals in Raleigh, Greensboro, and Fayetteville NC area. I am reaching out to introduce myself and let you know that I am looking to work with wholesalers in this area.

As an investor, I am always looking for new opportunities to expand my portfolio, and I believe that working with wholesalers can help me find great deals. I am interested in finding properties that meet the following criteria:

• Single-family homes or small multifamily properties
• Properties that need some level of rehab or updating
• Properties that can be purchased below market value

If you have any properties that meet these criteria, or if you know of any other wholesalers who may have potential deals, I would love to hear from you. I am always open to building relationships and partnerships with other investors in the area.
