By now after all the advice I’m getting here, I won’t be taking this deal, as you say it has to many red flags.

I want to do my first deals using the turnkey option for now while I’m overseas, hopefully in a couple of years I will be back to the US and be able to be more hands on into my investments.

I will PM If you don’t mind to ask your recommendation of a good turnkey company.

From all the questions you made, unfortunately ( or fortunately) all the answers are negative, so for sure I will not take this deal.

Im following all the advice here in BP and doing more research before I jump into my first investment.

Hi joe, thanks for the feedback, I really like the way you compare it to going out to a restaurant, it makes total sense.

I have been doing more research this past couple of days and you are right I’m finding more turnkey companies offering more realistic “benefits”

It will take me a bit more time for my first deal but I think it will be worth it when I find a better one than the one I presented here in BP

I agree with you, what I need to do is do more research to have a better idea of what is out there in this type of investment.

Being so far away from the US and new to the RE investing gives somehow hard time to find a good deal to start my venture, as you recommend I will learn more about every possible detail I can before jumping to my first deal.

Thank you so much, your comment helped a lot in making a decision, when you put it in that prospective this deal is not worth it, I'm not planning to keep it for long so my ROI will not be positive at all.
