Hello everyone,

Theoretically, how complex or simple is it to add a bath or two to a house that has enough sq ft for such an addition, and what costs can I expect? I'm investing in Columbus.
It is clear to me that it should be suitable for the house. Is it right to get to this kind of rehab as an investor for the first flip?

Thanks,

David

@Nick Voyer Study professionally, take a course, look for a mentor. Do not pay a crazy price. There are excellent mentors at normal prices. Get recommendations before.

Hi @Ryan Mainwaring, thanks for responding. My investment strategy is to buy and hold. Therefore I'm looking for a contractor that does that kind of renovations in this strategy. I do not yet have a scope of work because there is not yet a property under contract. But I'm building a team, and I want to talk to professionals I can talk for quotes once I have a property under contract. I think I found good inspectors to get started.

Hello Columbus Ohio investors.

I'm looking for your recommendations, only from your own experience, for excellent contractors from Columbus and the surrounding area who make renovations to SFH and duplexes.

Thanks for your help.

David

Hello everyone,

I'm a Columbus Ohio Investor Newbie.

Looking for recommendations on real estate agents who have experience working with non-local investors for the purpose of buying and hold.

My strategy is to buy, fix, and rent.

I will appreciate any information shared with me.

Thank you in advance!
