Hello Kameahle Christopher. Being so new to the real estate market, my focus has been on just learning the basics, so as to sound somewhat intelligent. Hello everyone my name is David Fisher and I am a Supplier Diversity Manager for a General Contractor in the Washington DC Maryland Northern Virginia area. I am also the owner of a Real Estate Investing and Business Development. I am a new investor, but I have always been interested in real estate from an early age, leading me to pursue a BA in Architecture at Florida A&M University (FAMU) and ultimately graduating with a BA in Construction Management. As you can see from the company name, forming Synergistic relationships is my passion. As a small business, the most important thing that I have learned is that one person cannot be successful by themselves. The formation of that "Mastermind Team" that Napoleon Hill speaks so emphatically about, is essential to the success of any business. It is my intention, that by joining the Bigger Pockets family, I can continue to build relationships with individuals who have knowledge and expertise that will aid in my professional development, as well as providing services and expertise myself, that others might find beneficial themselves.
