Okay. I didn't want to spend 15 minutes on a reply only to lose it. In reference to the pension withdrawal, I definitely feel it is my only choice. There is a lot to cover there. Basically, I am leaving the IBEW in California due to lack of work and a noticeable difference into how things have changed (I returned a couple years ago after being away for six years). It's finalized and on its way, though it's really not a whole hell of alot of money. I plan to start a business doing what I did in the IBEW (Telecomm/Low Voltage). I own a condo that I live alone in. I owe $20k on a 2nd mortgage so it is a no brainer for me to pay that off in full to eliminate a $400 a month payment and save what I estimate to be $18k over the life of the loan. I need a new vehicle so I plan on buying a used truck with under 100,000 miles on it. I am on a learning crusade if I can help it. I'm anxious to learn everything about taxes as they pertain to Business and Real Estate, and everything about Business and Real Estate. If anyone here can explain women to me I'm all ears for that as well.

Sorry for the late reply. I appreciate your comments and advice. I became highly discouraged because this app wasn't working well.

This seemed like a good way to hit two birds with one stone. Any suggestions on where to post questions about early pension withdrawals?
