Hello All,

I hope this is in the correct forum, please forgive me I'm new here. I am also new to REI, and actively looking for my first deal. I recently sold my technology company in NY, and moved the family down to Winter Garden ( Central Florida ).

I am looking for wholesalers, and investor friendly agents to work with.

Initially i am seeking SFH to fix and flip. 3 bed, 2 bath, 1500 sq feet or so. REO, and distressed properties. As i grow, i will seek to get into some buy and hold, and multi family properties.

I am always looking to connect with others in the area, and learn and assist when I can.

I look forward to learning from you all, and offering assistance when i can.

Hello all,

I recently sold my technology company in NY and moved my wife and 5 children down to Central Florida. We love it here so far, and happy to be out of the cold winters. 

Now that I have time and money, I plan to finally start my real estate venture. I have been like many procrastinating and making excuses for years and years. 

I'm honest, hard working and looking to start with flipping homes in central Florida. Hopefully in the Orlando and surrounding areas as I live in Winter Garden / Windermere area. 

Would love to meet with other flippers and wholesales in the area, as well as other investors lenders, contractors agents etc.
