I have QB online for my other businesses but I want to see how my properties are doing as a whole and QB online requires a membership for each Tax ID. I have 4 chiropractic businesses and that is how my accountant has it set up. What is specific to analyzing my portfolio? I often wonder HOW my property businesses are doing as a whole since they are split up into separate LLC's since they are associated with each chiropractic business.

Hello Everyone.  I have been reading David Greene's books and I learned a ton.  What a great find on Audible!!  Thank you for all of the excellent material.  It is time to go through his books another time and take notes.  The first time I listened to them on my commute and on my airplane travels.  It is time to turn them into a real course where I can absorb 98%. lol!

QUESTION:

I already have a small portfolio of properties from 5 businesses that I own.  I am interested in a Template for Excel where I can list all of my properties, the debt on them and cash flow.. Maybe I can list my businesses too.  Or maybe there is there some software that I can use.  I don't mind paying for something that works well.
