Good Morning Mr. Rosas,
My name is David Maurer and I have recently moved to Pelham, NY. I am looking to get started on building my own portfolio of rental properties, and I see "Bigger Pockets" as an excellent way to network with the local talent. I will be attending the event on October 12th.

I see that some properties in my area (Bronx, NY) are listed as ALL CASH OFFERS ONLY! Why would the owner care where the funds come from?
