I haven't pinned down an exact number yet. First and foremost, my goal is financial freedom. I would love to be able to become completely debt free within the next 5-8 years (or less), and then focus on creating some long-term passive income.

Hey! My name is David. I am an aspiring real estate investor in Colorado Springs, CO and am looking to make some connections. I would love the opportunity to expand my understanding about the business and further define my area of focus. I intend to start out with wholesale and flip deals, but my long-term goal is to build up a portfolio of rental properties. I come from a digital marketing background but have always been incredibly interested in real estate investment. I am incredibly passionate about what I do and motivated to succeed. I look forward to networking and bouncing some questions/ideas of off some more experienced investors.
Post: Accessing probate records in Colorado Springs, CO

I am a new real estate investor getting started in Colorado Springs, CO and am looking for some good sources for leads. I have heard that probate records are a great place to start. Unfortunately, after a visit to the local courthouse, I was informed that there is no way to simply acquire comprehensive lists of probate records. The only way to really access this information is to provide a specific case number and/or full name and pull each record individually. This makes probates a somewhat unrealistic source of leads, as it would be incredibly time consuming and difficult to access the information that I am looking for. Does anyone have any experience with accessing probate lists in Colorado? Is there any alternative way to acquire leads from these records? I appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!
